How do I order?
Click on the "Add to Cart" button to choose products for purchase. When done shopping, click on the "checkout" button to complete your transaction.

Shipping:

When will I get my Gemstone Order?

After the payment has been cleared, your order will be shipped within two working days. Tracking details and scan copy of the receipt will be sent soon after shipment, customers are liable for Import taxes if any at the destination.

  • Over $1000 FeDEX Worldwide 2-5 Days

 

When will I get my Jewellery stuff?
Once our team processes your order within 1-5 business days, expect to get it within  7 to 14 Days FREE shipping+insurance, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.

If your product is already in stock you can expect to get it within 7 to 20 Days.

Note: Some custom made orders may take Extra 7 -10 Days Leadtime + Shipping time up to 7-14 Days.

 

Is order tracking available?
Yes! Once your purchase is complete you'll be given a tracking number.

 

If I order multiple items, do they come in the same package?
Typically, multiple items come in separate packages unless the item has processed in the same department.

We offer a 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE for GEMSTONES within the 14 DAYS period by meeting the below conditions. Note: Shipping charges, taxes, and duties are not refundable. 

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns Policy:

1. Item(s) must be in their original condition.

2. Items are subject to inspection and checking by our team.

3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns Policy

4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

Note: If the parcel has been sent is emptied or damaged DO NOT ACCEPT the parcel, any evidence of tampering should be reported to the carrier. All damage and loss claims must be reported to us within 24 hours after the parcel has been collected.

We offer a 14-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back and we'll promptly refund your money by meeting the terms and conditions on our rerurn policy.
  • Shipping charges, taxes, and duties are not refundable.
  • We are unable to accept products damaged due to customer error.
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items
